On the weekday evenings I visited, plenty of seats were available and the atmosphere was generally quiet, with desserts such as crepe cakes and other cakes on offer. Both the iced café latte and hot Earl Grey tea tasted great, and the café has separate men's and women's restrooms as well as an indoor smoking room.
