McDonald’s Big Arch Review, Paid for Myself | Taste, Price, Calories and Nutrition
McDonald’s Big Arch tastes similar to a Big Mac, but the beef and cheese feel more substantial, and the fried onion pieces have a delicious crunch. Still, the 13,900-won meal price and the pronounced tang of the mustard-like sauce may divide opinions. The burger alone has 1,036 kcal and 56g of protein. It is a limited-time item with no confirmed end date.
Mega Coffee Blade Choco Cream Coffee Review | Taste, Price, Calories & Bought with My Own Money
Mega Coffee’s Blade Choco Cream Coffee tasted like an Americano with velvety cream and cocoa, and it was less sweet than I expected. Available iced only, it costs KRW 3,900; the official nutrition information lists 305.7 kcal and 43 g of sugars per serving. I give it 3.8 out of 5: I enjoyed the mellow flavor, but I think I would have been happier if it had cost around KRW 3,000–3,500.
Susan Sadang Main Branch Review | Raw Shrimp, Mala Beef Tendon Oden & a Cozy Bar Near Sadang Station
Susan's Sadang main branch is a bar with an open-air feel on the first floor and atmospheric basement seating. The raw shrimp was ₩58,000 and the mala beef tendon oden was ₩40,000. The two of us ate our fill, and the dishes should also work for a group of four. There may be a wait on Friday and Saturday evenings, so I recommend making a reservation.
Sungsimdang Daejeon Station Review | 31 Types of Bread, Prices, Taste Reviews, and Wait Times
I’ve put together photos of the breads at Sungsimdang Daejeon Station, with prices and brief taste reviews for 31 varieties. We waited about 20–30 minutes to enter the station branch, while certain breads, including fried soboro, were available through a separate line. This guide compares what each Sungsimdang store sells and where to buy siru cakes, with information on nearby bread storage.
